Cooperation with the University of the Third Age for successful implementation of the project

SIH will work closely with the Medardas Čobotas University of the Third Age (MČTAU) in implementing the project activities in Lithuania.

The University was founded in 1995, and later it developed into a network of TAUs in different areas in the country: the number of TAUs has now reached to 38 with many more wishing to join; the number of members in all universities in the country is around 9000.

The MČTAU (Vilnius) now has around 1000 members, of which the most active and the most motivated will be invited to participate in ‘Seniors On-line’ project activities – English language and ICT course for seniors.
