On February 16th – March 11th SIH organized an ongoing project “Cultural and Ethnic Diversity in Lithuania”. On February 13-17, SIH celebrated Lithuanian Independence day and International Mother Tongue day. Later students from adult classes wrote short essays, participated in discussions and debates on cultural and language diversity, juniors and teenagers designed wonderful posters, which featured ethnic minorities in Lithuania. Besides, seniors who attended Integrated English language and ICT course together with their teacher Kristina created a crossword on the topic of the ongoing project and invited all students and SIH staff to check their knowledge on ethnic minorities in Lithuania.
We are thrilled to announce that our second senior group from Baldone has finished their course and received well-earned certificates!
